Liquid paraffin, also known as white oil or mineral oil, is made from highly refined, colorless, transparent, tasteless, and odorless saturated hydrocarbons. Impurities such as aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfur compounds found in petroleum lubricating oil fractions are removed using anhydrous sulfuric acid or fuming sulfuric acid, resulting in high-purity refinement. It possesses various excellent characteristics that are not found in other fractions, making it the purest form of hydrocarbon. 1. High reliability, having passed food additive standards and pharmaceutical ingredient standards, and conforming to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia tests. 2.
